I forgot my username or password. What do I do now?

Click the Home button then click the "Forgot Password" link beneath the login prompt. Follow the prompts to restore your password via email or SMS recovery options. You may be required to enter an account number, if so please enter "2023" without quotation marks.

How can we obtain additional user accounts for our CSR's and Admins?

Login to the primary Adminsitrator account. From the homepage, open the Manage Users page and click the "Add User" button to create additional accounts as needed.

How do I register if I don't have an account number?

If you are a VariVerge customer, please speak to your VariVerge point of contact or email us at support@variverge.com.

How do I access the following reports:

  • National Change of Address (NCOA)
  • Bad Addresses
  • USPS CASS 3553

Login to the portal and click on the "Dashboard" module. Once the Dashboard has loaded, find and click the "View Statements" button to the left of the Submission you wish to open. Once opened, click the "Reports" drop down menu and choose the report you wish to view.

Reports will open in a new tab or download as a CSV if indicated as a CSV report.
